Y.K.O., who went to the Esenyurt District Police Department's Child Bureau, reported that a friend of his had been taken hostage by someone. While the teams were conducting an operation at the apartment on the top floor of the five-story building mentioned in the report, the suspect M.Ö. opened fire with a gun. Police officer N.Y. was seriously injured. While reinforcement teams were dispatched to the scene, health teams were also notified. The health teams provided first aid to the injured police officer N.Y. and took him to the hospital. It was learned that the condition of the police officer, who was under treatment in the hospital, remained serious. Meanwhile, the reinforcement police teams that arrived at the scene took extensive security measures on the street, while special operations police conducted an operation at the apartment. HE WAS FOUND INJUREDThe special operations police who entered the house found M.Ö., who had opened fire on the police, and I.S.Y., whom he was holding hostage, in an injured state. Health teams waiting at the scene provided first aid to the suspect M.Ö. and the hostage I.S.Y. and took them to the hospital. I.S.Y. passed away today in the hospital.
