In the TFF's betting investigation, 197 football players were referred to the PFDK; 14 players from Afyonspor were included in the list, and there has been no statement from the club management yet.
In the betting investigation conducted by the Turkish Football Federation, 197 more players were referred to the Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) as part of the second wave. It was reported that among these names, there are 14 players from Afyonspor.

According to TFF's statement, 658 players listed in the A Team rosters of the clubs and written on the roster were examined. As a result of the investigations, it was announced that 197 players were found to have engaged in betting and that these players were referred to the PFDK with precautionary measures as of December 8, 2025.

Among those referred to the PFDK from Afyonspor are "Abdulkadir Çelik, Alperen Duman, Arda Uysal, Eray Sürül, Furkan Arslan, Gökdeniz Kara, Halef Keklik, Mehmet Emin Mumcu, Mehmet Eren, Mehmet Görkem, Ömer Latif, Uğurkan Cebeli, Utku Büyükköse, and Utkucan Buğra.
