It has been revealed that a young girl who started working at a jewelry store in Konya was sexually assaulted by her boss after he added drugs to her drink, and those moments were recorded on camera by the boss's wife. In the nauseating incident, the message 'You held my hand while he was having sex with me' highlights the girl's helplessness, while severe prison sentences are sought for the husband and wife.
Konya was shaken by a sexual assault and blackmail scandal at a jewelry store that froze the blood of those who heard it. The diabolical trap set for a young girl who had just started working by her boss and his wife was fully exposed in all its nakedness with the prepared indictment.
HE DRUGGED HER DRINK AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER
According to the allegations and information reflected in the investigation file, the series of events unfolded when a young girl named Y.K. started working at a jewelry store owned by M.A., who was also known to her father, on November 14, 2024. Shortly after she started working, the boss M.A. targeted the young girl. According to a report in Sabah; it was alleged that M.A. put drugs in the young girl's drink and sexually assaulted Y.K., who lost consciousness. The most horrifying aspect of the incident was that M.A.'s wife, M.Ş.A., was also present during this disgusting assault and recorded those moments with her mobile phone.
SHE FILED A COMPLAINT AFTER BEING ASSAULTED IN A CAR
After days filled with nightmares, in 2025, M.A. assaulted the young girl again in a car and sexually assaulted her once more. Unable to endure the horror any longer, Y.K. went to the hospital and obtained a medical report of assault. The young girl, whose body was documented to have nail and assault marks, went to the prosecutor's office with the report and filed a criminal complaint.
M.A., detained by police forces who acted on the complaint, was arrested and sent to prison by the court he was referred to on June 19, 2025. However, the suspect was released about a month later on July 18 to stand trial without detention.
HEAVY PRISON SENTENCES SOUGHT FOR THE COUPLE
The extensive investigation conducted by the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was completed and a lawsuit was filed at the Heavy Penal Court. In the prepared indictment, a prison sentence of up to 21 years was sought for the suspect boss M.A., who is being tried without detention, on charges of 'aggravated sexual assault in a chain manner'. For his wife M.Ş.A., due to her critical role in the incident, a prison sentence of up to 12 years was requested on charges of 'aiding aggravated sexual assault', 'blackmail', and 'violating the privacy of private life'.
BLOOD-CURDLING MESSAGES INCLUDED IN THE INDICTMENT
As part of the investigation, digital examinations conducted on suspect M.Ş.A.'s mobile phone did not reveal images of the alleged assault, but undeleted message records uncovered the truth. The messages that were included in the indictment and revealed the helplessness experienced by the young girl were recorded as follows:
Message sent by Y.K. to suspect M.Ş.A.:
"You held my hand while that man had intercourse with me; if you had looked at the tears in my eyes then, you wouldn't say those words now. Don't I have any pride?"
M.Ş.A.'s response to this outcry:
"This was something very heavy that shouldn't have happened. Don't make me the guilty one, for God's sake, I'm not myself either."
In another message exchange, when Y.K. said, referring to the evidence, "I have your messages," it was determined that M.Ş.A. gave the following response revealing the blackmail dimension:
"I have the images too."
