THE PROCESS OF A TERROR-FREE TURKEY ON THE AGENDA
One of the main agenda items of the Cabinet will be the legal steps planned to be taken within the scope of the "Terror-Free Turkey" process. The text prepared by the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, which published its joint report last week, will be evaluated. According to the information obtained, especially the regulation of sentences, changes anticipated in the Turkish Penal Code and the Anti-Terror Law will be discussed.
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENTS WILL BE DISCUSSED
The meeting will address the U.S. threat of intervention against Iran, Turkey's diplomatic contacts with Iran and the U.S., and the latest developments in Syria. The maintenance of the ceasefire in Gaza, the delivery of humanitarian aid to the region during Ramadan, and the proposal for an international peacekeeping force will also be on the agenda.
