According to the information obtained, the accident occurred in the Karahan neighborhood on the Van-Erciş highway. The car, whose driver's name and license plate could not be learned, crashed into a pole on the side of the road. While 3 people lost their lives in the accident, 2 others were injured.
Upon notification, ambulances, gendarmerie, police, and Muradiye Fire Department teams were dispatched to the area. The injured were taken to the hospital by ambulances, while the bodies of the deceased were sent to the Van Forensic Medicine Center for autopsy. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.
