The incident occurred while the 112 Emergency Health team was trying to get the patient to the hospital. While the ambulance could not continue on its way due to the suspect's obstruction, bystanders who reacted to the situation also became targets of the individual.
According to the allegation, the enraged suspect hurled curses and insults at both the medical teams and the students and teachers who reacted to him. An investigation has been launched into the person who prevented the teams from delivering the patient to the hospital.
