The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has extended until the end of the session on November 13 the measure concerning the flexible application of the equity ratio in margin trading in capital markets. The decision was taken to protect investor rights, taking into account developments at Borsa Istanbul.
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided that the measure regarding the flexible application of the equity ratio in margin trading in capital market instruments shall continue until the end of the session on November 13.
WILL CONTINUE UNTIL NOVEMBER 13
According to the CMB bulletin, taking into account developments in the markets of Borsa İstanbul AŞ, the implementation period of the measure previously taken has been extended in order to ensure the operation of capital markets in a reliable, transparent and stable environment and to protect the rights and interests of investors.
In this context, it has been decided to continue until the end of the session on November 13 the "measure and practice regarding the flexible application of the equity ratio in margin trading in capital market instruments," which was announced to continue until October 30.
