Following the revelation that Hacı Sabancı has a son named Uzay, a paternity lawsuit was filed by the mother, F.D. The 16th Family Court of Istanbul ruled that little Uzay is indeed the son of Hacı Sabancı.

It has been revealed that Hacı Sabancı, the eldest son of the couple Hacı-Arzu Sabancı, has a son born on February 2, 2021. DNA samples from the little boy named Uzay matched with samples taken from Hacı Sabancı; the Forensic Medicine Institution's report confirmed that Uzay is Hacı Sabancı's son.

LAST HEARING HELD

Following the DNA result, the final hearing of the paternity case was held today at the Istanbul 16th Family Court. F.D presented the DNA report provided by the Forensic Medicine Institution to the court, requesting the acceptance of the case.

"DNA REPORT IS NOT RELIABLE" DEFENSE

Hacı Sabancı's lawyer claimed that the DNA report obtained from the Forensic Medicine Institution is not reliable, stating, "The report is not suitable for inspection, and it is unclear how the conclusion was reached. The 99.9% match rate in the report is not sufficient," requesting the dismissal of the case.

After listening to the final words of the parties, the court made its decision. According to Oda TV's report; the Istanbul 16th Family Court decided to accept the case and ruled that little Uzay is Hacı Sabancı's son.
