In a statement made by BUSKİ regarding the water cuts to be implemented between October 22 and October 28, the following expressions were included:



"The planned water cuts will be applied in a rotating manner in neighborhoods connected to the central districts, not exceeding 12 hours a day. With the planned water cuts, a daily water saving of 100 thousand cubic meters is targeted. Uludağ University, City Hospital, and State Hospitals will not be affected by the planned water cuts."

The water level in the Doğancı Dam, which provides water to certain parts of Bursa's central districts of Nilüfer, Osmangazi, Yıldırım, and nearby districts of Gürsu, Kestel, and Mudanya, has also dropped to zero after the Nilüfer Dam.
