PEHLEVI CALLS FOR CONTINUATION OF PROTESTS

While the protests that began on December 28 in Iran in response to rising living costs continue, Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of the deposed Iranian Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, called on the demonstrators to continue their actions. In a new message posted on his social media account, Pahlavi argued that the Iranian regime is trying to show that everything is normal and is lying, stating, "Nothing is normal in Iran until Ali Khamenei and the murderous regime are thrown into the dustbin of history and the criminals are punished."

INVITED THE PEOPLE TO STRIKE

Pahlavi invited all Iranians to continue their protests throughout the weekend, saying, "I ask my brave citizens from all over Iran to shout their anger with national slogans and raise their voices in protest." Pahlavi claimed that this would lead the world to support Iran's national revolution more.
