DEVA Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları led a delegation that included members of parliament, representatives from bar associations, and democratic mass organizations, which conducted a series of meetings in the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government. The delegation then moved on to northern Syria.
Co-Chair of the DEM Party Tülay Hatimoğulları and Co-Chair of the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Keskin Bayındır, along with members of parliament and representatives from bar associations and democratic mass organizations, conducted a series of meetings in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region (IKBY). The delegation then moved on to northern Syria.
STATEMENT FROM DEM PARTY In a statement regarding the Syria visits of the delegation led by Tülay Hatimoğulları from the DEM Party, it was noted: "Our Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları, DBP Co-Chair Keskin Bayındır, our Van MP and spokesperson for the Democratic Unity Initiative Gülcan Kaçmaz Sayyiğit, our Mersin MP Ali Bozan, our Istanbul MP and spokesperson for SODAP Kezban Konukçu, Imam Taşçıer from the Democratic Unity Initiative, TJA spokesperson Çimen Fidan, ÖHD Executive Mehmet Ali Aslan, Mardin Bar Association President Ahmet Duyan, Mardin Bar Association Board Member Tahir Dündar, Diyarbakır Bar Association President Abdulkadir Güleç, Baver Mızrak and Eyyüp Aydeniz from the Diyarbakır Bar Association, Peace Mother Asya Tay, and Democratic Islam Congress Member Ali Angay are part of the delegation that set out to visit Rojava via the Federated Kurdistan Region.
The delegation is holding meetings with representatives of the region's political dynamics, primarily political parties, as part of their visit. The delegation, welcomed by KDP MPs responsible for foreign relations Behçet Elî Îbrahîm and Mihammed Remezan in Zaho, met with officials from Hizba Zehmetkêşan, Hizba Komunîst, Bizotneweyî Serbixwexwazanî Kurdistan, and Yekitî Zaxo after a brief meeting. Following their visits in the Federated Kurdistan Region, the delegation moved on to Rojava.
