Following a mandatory 21-day quarantine period due to the Ebola outbreak, the Democratic Republic of Congo national team arrived in the USA for the World Cup.
The Democratic Republic of Congo National Team arrived in the USA for the 2026 FIFA World Cup after completing its Ebola quarantine.
THEIR QUARANTINE ENDED, THEY WENT TO THE USA
The team, having completed the mandatory 21-day quarantine due to the Ebola outbreak in their country, reached the city of Houston, USA. The Democratic Republic of Congo National Team spent the quarantine period, which was required by US authorities, in Belgium where they were conducting their training camp, and entered the country via a flight with a layover in Paris.
OPPONENTS IN THEIR GROUP
The Democratic Republic of Congo, placed in Group K, will face Portugal, Colombia, and Uzbekistan.
