Bilal G. fired at Mesut A. with the handgun he had with him. Mesut A., who was shot in the chest, was seriously injured while the suspect fled the scene. Following a report, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. After initial treatment, Mesut A. was taken to Batman Training and Research Hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
