70-year-old Bekir Teke, who fell from the stairs of his house in the Tarsus district of Mersin, could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital he was taken to.
An elderly man died after falling from stairs at his home in the Tarsus district of Mersin.
The incident occurred in a house adjacent to Ötüken Vadi Park on Orhun Street in the Altaylılar neighborhood. According to claims, Bekir Teke (70) lost his balance and fell while descending the stairs of his home. His wife noticed the situation and asked nearby citizens for help.
COULD NOT BE SAVED DESPITE DOCTORS' INTERVENTION
Teke, handed over to health teams called to the scene by citizens, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The elderly man, who was taken under treatment at the hospital, could not be saved despite all interventions by doctors and died.
