In Rize, the earthquake caused panic among citizens and was captured by security cameras throughout the province. Footage from a mosque showed citizens running towards the door during the tremor. After the earthquake subsided quickly, those who tried to go outside gave up and returned to their places.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 occurred in the Hemşin district of Rize. The earthquake was captured by security cameras in various parts of the city. The tremor caused citizens to panic and rush outside from their locations.

THE CONGREGATION FLED FIRST, THEN RETURNED TO FORMATION

In some businesses, products on the counters fell to the ground, while at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mosque in Çarşıbaşı, Çayeli district, the congregation raced to evacuate the mosque as the tremor began. Realizing that the earthquake was short-lived, the congregation decided not to leave the mosque and returned to their places.

The crowd at the door was reflected in the security cameras. In the Ambarlık village of Rize Central, citizens chatting in a tea house suddenly jumped from their seats due to the earthquake tremor. The fear and panic of the citizens were captured by the security camera.
