COMMITTED DUE TO A GRUDGE
Metin Tirit, Nermin Tirit's cousin, expressed his hope that such incidents would not happen again, stating, "There are things circulating on social media about a girlfriend, an ex-wife. There is nothing like that. They were just colleagues at work. He did this out of a grudge."
Özer Tiritoğlu, a relative of Nermin Tirit, said, "We are all saddened. They were colleagues who became enemies due to work incompatibility, he had previously stabbed her intending to kill, and now he seems to have completed his unfinished business. This is our perspective. Our judges, prosecutors, and state officials need to think carefully about whether it is the rule of law or the supremacy of criminals."
