TWO MURDERS WITH HALF AN HOUR INTERVALA person who climbed onto the Edirnekapı walls threw down the head of a young girl he had killed. Afterward, the suspect, who tied a rope around his neck, jumped off the walls and committed suicide. While the echoes of this shocking event that shook Turkey continue, it has emerged that the suspect had also murdered 19-year-old Ayşenur Halil in Eyüpsultan just half an hour before this brutality. WHO WAS THE SUSPECT?Following the images from the walls, the police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Semih Çelik. This suspect, who was immediately investigated, was found to be registered in the Fatih district, 19 years old, and had no criminal record. The police spoke with Semih Çelik's father, Adem Çelik, who works as a butcher. FATHER: HE RECEIVED TREATMENT IN HOSPITALAdem Çelik, who works as a courier, told the police that the victim, Ayşenur Halil, who was murdered in Eyüpsultan, was his son's girlfriend, and that the young girl named İkbal Uzuner, whom his son killed in Fatih, was also his son's school friend. The father explained that his son had psychological issues and mentioned that he had previously received treatment in the hospital for his condition. THE KILLER HAS 5 HOSPITAL RECORDS IN A YEARFollowing the father's claim, the hospital records of the suspect Semih Çelik were investigated. The examinations revealed that there were a total of 5 hospital records within a year at Eyüpsultan State Hospital, Okmeydanı EAH, and Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine hospitals. HE DREW AND DESIGNED EVERYTHINGWhile all these investigations were being conducted, an examination was carried out at the suspect's home. During the examination, a drawing of a woman was found, sketched in pencil on a notebook, with her head and body separated and her body dismembered. This drawing was recorded by the police as follows: "It has been understood that the method of killing of İkbal Uzuner, who was murdered in Fatih, resembles the drawing made by the suspect; studies related to the matter are ongoing with the district teams." TO BE BURIED TODAYThe victim Ayşenur Halil, who fell victim to this horror, will be buried after the noon prayer today, and İkbal Uzuner will be buried after the afternoon prayer.
