Shortly after the accident, retired police officer José Carlos Andrade Nogueira, who was passing by the scene, realized that the person lying on the road was his daughter. According to local media reports, the father, who was in great shock, took his own life before the responding teams could intervene.
Karla Thaynnara, a mother, had over 55,000 followers on Instagram. She was known for sharing snippets of her daily life, including her passion for motorcycles, gym posts, and photos with her family. She often featured images with her daughter and father in her posts.
The young woman also worked as a nurse and was involved in commercial activities at a motorcycle dealership. Last year, she announced that she had purchased a house where she would live with her daughter and shared this moment with an emotional message on social media. In her post, she emphasized that despite the challenges, she had not given up on her dreams and that her family's support was very important to her.
It was reported that the funerals of Karla Thaynnara and her father would be held on Wednesday in Brasilia. The family announced that a motorcycle convoy would be organized in memory of the young woman and that a memorial would be held at the cemetery.
