Within the scope of the Century's Housing Project, the lottery procedures for 100 thousand social housing units in Istanbul have been completed. With Istanbul, the lottery schedule of the project has also been finalized. Minister Kurum stated, 'Now we will quickly lay the foundations and deliver our homes as soon as possible.'
The draw for 100 thousand houses to be built in Istanbul within the scope of the “Housing Project of the Century” has been completed. It was announced that the beneficiaries have been determined through the draw, and the final lists will be published on TOKİ's official website after notary approval.
DRAW PROCESSES COMPLETED IN 81 PROVINCES
With the draw in Istanbul, it was announced that all draw processes carried out in 81 provinces across Turkey have been completed. Following the determination of the beneficiaries under the project, a new phase has begun.
FOUNDATIONS WILL BE LAID, DELIVERIES WILL START
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that in the upcoming process, groundwork for the construction of the houses will begin quickly, and the homes will be delivered as soon as possible.
DRAW RESULTS WILL BE PUBLISHED ON E-DEVLET AND TOKİ WEBSITE
The list of beneficiaries determined by the draw in Istanbul will be published on TOKİ's official website https://talep.toki.gov.tr/500binkonut/istanbul after notary approval. Citizens can also learn the draw results via e-Devlet under the TOKİ/Housing Projects Draw Results and Project Status Inquiry section.
"WE WILL DELIVER OUR HOMES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced via his social media account that the draw process in Istanbul has been completed, and the list will be published on TOKİ's website after notary approval. In his message, Minister Kurum stated, "The first stage of the Housing Project of the Century is complete. We drew the lots for our 100 thousand homes in Istanbul and determined their owners. You can learn the final lists after notary approval at toki.gov.tr. Thus, together with Istanbul, we have completed all draw processes in our 81 provinces. Now we will quickly lay the foundations and deliver our homes as soon as possible. Under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we will make 500 thousand more families homeowners."
