FIRE IN THE SHACK SPREAD TO THE MINIBUS AND VEHICLE
The fire broke out around 8:00 PM in an empty shack on Bent Street in the Dikkaldırım neighborhood of the Osmangazi district. Flames rising from the shack, which is used as a fruit and vegetable stand in the summer and closed in the winter, spread to the minibus with the license plate 46 ACH 048 and the light commercial vehicle parked in front of it. When the driver of the light commercial vehicle saw the flames and came to move his vehicle, the minibus was engulfed in flames.
SHACK AND MINIBUS BECAME UNUSABLE
Upon notification, a large number of fire and police teams were dispatched to the area. While the police teams took security measures in the vicinity, the flames were brought under control and extinguished in an hour. An investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the fire, which rendered the shack and minibus unusable.
