FIRST LOTTERY FOR 500,000 SOCIAL HOUSING ON DECEMBER 29 IN ADIYAMAN Minister Kurum stated that the first lottery will be held on December 29 in Adıyaman. In his statement, Kurum said: "We have built 1 million 750 thousand social housing in all our provinces. No citizens who remained in our TOKİ buildings after the earthquake were harmed. We are proud of TOKİ."

15,000 RENTAL HOUSES WILL BE BUILT IN ISTANBUL We are building 100,000 social houses within the scope of social housing. There is also a significant number of applications in Istanbul. In addition, we have launched a rental housing application. We will build 15,000 rental houses, both in Europe and on the Anatolian side. This will be a move to lower rental and housing prices in Istanbul.
HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF THE 500,000 SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT Under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, applications for the Century's Housing Project, which will enable low-income citizens to own homes under suitable conditions, began on November 10 by TOKİ in 81 provinces.
INSTALLMENT OPTIONS UP TO 240 MONTHS The lotteries that will determine the rights of the applicants for the 500,000 social housing, planned considering the housing demand of cities, population density, and economic structure, will start on December 29 and continue until February 27.
Within the campaign launched with the slogan "Homeowner Turkey," houses will be offered for sale with a 10% down payment and installment options up to 240 months. 40% of the houses, that is, 200,000, will consist of 2+1 houses of 80 square meters. 30%, or 150,000, will consist of 2+1 houses of 65 square meters, and the remaining 150,000 will consist of 1+1 houses of 55 square meters.
2+1 AND 1+1 HOUSES WILL BE BUILT The houses will be designed in a horizontal architecture and in accordance with the traditional texture as 2+1 and 1+1. The first five cities where the most houses will be built are recorded as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and Konya. One-fifth of the total houses will be built in Istanbul.
FIRST DELIVERY IN MARCH 2027 Special quotas have been created for martyrs' relatives, veterans, disabled individuals, retirees, youth, and families with three or more children in the project.
5% of the rights holders will be martyr families and veterans, 5% will be disabled individuals, 20% will be retirees, 10% will be families with three or more children, 20% will be youth aged 18-30, and the remaining 40% will be other buyers.
The prices and installment amounts of the houses will vary in Istanbul and Anatolian provinces. In Anatolia, 1+1 houses will be offered for sale at 1 million 800 thousand lira, 2+1 houses of 65 square meters at 2 million 200 thousand lira, and 2+1 houses of 80 square meters at 2 million 650 thousand lira. The installments for 1+1 houses in Anatolia will be 6 thousand 750 lira. The installments for 2+1 houses of 65 square meters will be 8 thousand 250 lira, and for 2+1 houses of 80 square meters, it will be set at 9 thousand 938 lira.
In Istanbul, 1+1 houses will be offered for sale at 1 million 950 thousand lira, 2+1 houses of 65 square meters at 2 million 450 thousand lira, and 2+1 houses of 80 square meters at 2 million 950 thousand lira. The installments for 1+1 houses in Istanbul will be 7 thousand 313 lira, for 2+1 houses of 65 square meters will be 9 thousand 188 lira, and for 2+1 houses of 80 square meters will be 11 thousand 63 lira. The delivery of the houses is planned to start in March 2027.
