The prosecutor's office decided not to pursue the complaint. In a statement from the yellow-blues, it was noted, "It has been determined that no crime was committed and that there is no basis for prosecution."
After the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby, which ended in a 0-0 draw at RAMS Park in the second half of the Trendyol Super League, the complaint filed by the yellow-reds against Jose Mourinho for allegedly making "racist" statements has concluded. The decision from the prosecutor's office was announced by the yellow-blues.

Fenerbahçe's statement is as follows;
"As a result of the racism-focused complaint filed by Galatasaray Club against our Head Coach Jose Mourinho, the decision issued by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has concluded that no crime has been committed and that there is no ground for prosecution.
In summary; the complaint has resulted in a decision of non-prosecution.
