The global decline in oil prices has been reflected in domestic market discounts. Following today's reduction of 2.02 liras in gasoline prices, a new discount of 83 kuruş will be implemented starting tomorrow. Thus, the total decrease this week exceeds 5.5%, while industry representatives emphasize that the trends in prices will continue to be determined by the oil markets and exchange rates.
With the decline in oil prices, consecutive discounts have been applied to gasoline.
DISCOUNT SERIES CONTINUES
Today, a discount of 2.02 lira has been reflected in the price of gasoline per liter, and starting from tomorrow, an additional discount of 83 kuruş will be applied. Thus, the total decrease in gasoline prices this week will exceed 5.5 percent.
Industry representatives state that the pullback in global oil markets is reflected in the domestic market with a delay, while emphasizing that the exchange rate and developments in international energy markets will continue to be decisive in the price trend.
NO CHANGE IN DIESEL AND LPG
On the other hand, there is currently no new discount decision for diesel and LPG prices, but it is stated that possible price changes may come back on the agenda depending on Brent oil and refinery costs.
