The terrorist organization YPG has finally submitted to the new government in Syria. According to the agreement, the YPG will participate in state institutions.

As a result of the negotiations between the new government in Syria and the terrorist organization YPG/PKK, an agreement has been reached.

YPG/PKK WILL JOIN STATE INSTITUTIONS

According to the agreement signed between Syrian President Ahmed Shara and YPG/PKK leader Mazlum Abdi, YPG/PKK elements will join state institutions. According to a statement from the Syrian Presidency, it has been decided to integrate all facilities, including border gates, airports, and oil and gas fields, with the state.

SUPPORT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ELEMENTS LEFT FROM THE ASSAD REGIME

According to another article of the agreement, YPG/PKK will also provide support to state institutions in the fight against elements left from the regime of the country's ousted leader Bashar Assad.

DETAILS OF THE AGREEMENT

As a result of the meeting held on Monday, March 10, 2015, between President Ahmed al-Sharah and Mazlum Abdi, the following issues have been agreed upon:

1. Protection of the rights of all Syrians: The rights of all Syrians to representation, participation in the political process, and merit-based positions in state institutions will be guaranteed, regardless of their religious and ethnic backgrounds.

2. Rights of the Kurdish community: The Kurdish community will be recognized as an essential component of the Syrian state, and the Syrian state will guarantee citizenship rights and constitutional rights.

3. Establishment of a ceasefire: A ceasefire will be declared throughout all Syrian territories.

4. Integration of institutions in northeastern Syria: All civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria will be unified under the administration of the Syrian state, and all regions, including border gates, airports, and oil and gas fields, will be managed by the central authority.

5. Return of refugees: All Syrian refugees will be ensured a safe return to their countries, villages, and cities, and their protection will be guaranteed by the state.

6. Preservation of Syria's unity and security: The Syrian state will be supported in the fight against the Assad regime and in combating threats to the country's security.

7. Stance against divisiveness and hate speech: Calls that promote divisiveness, hate speech, and attempts at discord among all components of Syrian society will be rejected.

8. Implementation of the agreement: Executive committees will work to implement this agreement by the end of 2015.
