This restaurant, which has been serving for about 76 years, has been feeding 8 piranha fish for 12 years. The owner of the establishment, Şaban Yakşi, feeds these fish, which are dangerous due to their sharp teeth, carnivorous nature, and tendency to travel in schools, not only with special feed but also with 2-3 portions of sheep head soup, tongue, and tripe daily.
"SHEEP HEAD SOUP IS A RICH DISH"
Yakşi stated that they have been continuing the family profession passed down from his father since 1950 and that they have been raising piranha fish for 12 years. He mentioned that the 8 piranha fish were inherited from his child, saying, "The customers' children love it because it is piranha fish. Sheep head soup is a rich dish, and I also feed 2-3 portions to my piranha fish daily," he said.
