While snow and cold weather continue to affect many regions of Turkey, those who took advantage of the sunny weather in Antalya created a crowd at Konyaaltı Beach. Some went for a swim in the sea during the first weekend of the new year, while others enjoyed a walk along the beach and basked in the sun.
While cold weather and snowfall continue across Turkey, sunny and mild weather has been effective in Antalya. According to data from the General Directorate of Meteorology, the coastal area of the city, where the weather is partly, slightly cloudy and sunny, recorded daytime temperatures between 10 and 12 degrees, and a light breeze emerged.
THEY EVEN SWAM IN THE SEA
Taking advantage of the sunny weather, tourists and residents of the city came to Konyaaltı Beach with their families. While those walking, running, and cycling on the beach attracted attention, some preferred to swim in the sea on the first weekend of the new year. Those exercising on the beach and enjoying the view also stated that they were making the most of the sunny weather.
