Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who conducted inspections in the city of Arad in southern Israel targeted by Iran with missiles and kamikaze drones at midnight, made striking statements. Ben-Gvir claimed that there were no casualties despite the attack, describing the situation as "a great miracle."
INSPECTION IN THE REGION AFTER THE ATTACK
Speaking at the scene, Ben-Gvir used the phrase "A great miracle happened here" while delivering stern messages to Iran. He stated, "We must continue to crush the Iranians to the end."
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC TO SEEK SHELTER
Ben-Gvir also called on the local population to comply with the instructions of the Home Front Command. He emphasized that citizens should enter shelters (Mamad) during alarms and warnings.
CLAIM OF INJURIES, NO CASUALTIES
According to information shared regarding the attacks, it was reported that 80 people were injured in Arad, with 10 of them in serious condition. Authorities stated that there were no deaths or missing persons despite this.
US-ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON IRAN
While negotiations continued between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28. In response, Iran targeted certain regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel.
In the US-Israel attacks, Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed. According to Iranian officials, the death toll from the US-Israel attacks exceeded 1,348, and the number of injured surpassed 17,000.
