The debris of a missile fired by Iran and intercepted by the Kuwaiti army fell on a house, resulting in the death of an 11-year-old girl and injuring four members of the same family.

As the war between the US-Israel and Iran enters its fifth day, debris from a missile fired from Tehran and intercepted by Kuwait's air defense systems fell on a civilian home; an 11-year-old girl lost her life in the incident, while 4 other family members were injured.

DEBRIS FELL ON A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Kuwait Defense Ministry Spokesman Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al-Atwan announced that a series of hostile aerial targets detected over Kuwaiti airspace were intercepted early this morning. Al-Atwan stated that the debris of a missile struck a civilian residence and shared information about the dead and injured.

"UNABLE TO BE SAVED DESPITE INTERVENTIONS"

Kuwait Health Ministry Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sund confirmed the incident, stating, "An 11-year-old girl could not be saved despite all interventions." Al-Sund also mentioned that 4 members of the same family were hospitalized for treatment.
