In Nevşehir, the car of a Turkish family returning from Germany to Kayseri crashed into a median and rolled over. Three people died and one was injured in the accident.
In Nevşehir, 3 people died and 1 person was injured in an accident where a car carrying an expatriate family crashed into a median and rolled over.
The accident occurred around 05:00 near the Türkeli district on the Kırşehir-Kayseri road. The car with foreign plates, driven by Ahmet Ertan, crashed into the median and rolled over after the driver lost control of the steering wheel. In the accident, Orhan Ertan (38), Fadime Ana Ertan (60), and Boran Ertan (33) lost their lives, while the driver Ahmet Ertan (64) was injured.
INJURED DRIVER HOSPITALIZED
Upon notification by nearby residents, police, gendarmerie, fire department, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured driver was taken to Nevşehir State Hospital after initial medical intervention.
It was learned that the family, who had departed from Germany, was heading to their hometown Kayseri. An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
