In the Tavşantepe neighborhood of the central Bağlar district, Salim, the detained uncle, Yüksel, the mother, and Enes Güran, the brother, along with their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, are being tried for "intentional murder of a child in participation" with aggravated life imprisonment sought in relation to the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 and whose lifeless body was found in the Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8. One day before the discovery of Narin Güran's lifeless body on September 8, footage recorded of a meeting held in the garden of uncle Erhan Güran's house with the participation of some family members reached the Diyarbakır Bar Association. The "family members' meeting footage" recorded by security cameras between 19:38 and 19:41 was submitted to the Diyarbakır 8th Heavy Criminal Court by the Bar Association. The footage watched by the court panel was added to the case file. It has been learned that the court will send the footage, which includes conversations in Turkish and Kurdish, to the Diyarbakır Regional Criminal Police Laboratory Directorate for expert examination. According to a report on Tele1; in the mentioned footage, it is seen that the family council is interrogating Enes's friend. The family council meeting takes place in the garden of the house belonging to detained uncle Erhan Güran. It is understood that a child around the age of 15 is being interrogated in the conversations.
