One of the largest drug operations in the history of the Republic was conducted in Kayseri with the participation of 2,500 police officers, 1 helicopter, and 4 drones. Simultaneous raids were carried out at 263 addresses, targeting 282 suspects. Speaking before the operation, Governor Gökmen Çiçek stated that a historic fight is being waged against drug traffickers, while Provincial Police Chief Atanur Aydın gave the message, "We will not allow drugs to be sold in this city."
A large-scale operation was conducted against drug dealers in Kayseri. Held under the coordination of the Provincial Police Department, the operation involved 2,500 police officers, 1 helicopter, and 4 drones.

"TODAY IS A HISTORIC DAY FOR KAYSERI"
Speaking to the personnel before the operation, Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek stated their determination in the fight against drugs.
Çiçek said, "Today is a historic day for Kayseri's peace, order, and security. We are fighting to prevent our children from being poisoned and to dismantle the traps set by drug dealers. With this operation, you will break the backs of those who try to bring poison to our city."
"WE WILL NOT ALLOW DRUG SALES IN THIS CITY"
Provincial Police Chief Atanur Aydın also recalled that they had made a promise in the fight against drugs about a year ago, saying, "We will not allow drug sales in this city. We will not let our children be poisoned. At the end of the operation, we will send them to where they belong, to prison."
It was learned that detention and search operations are ongoing within the scope of the operation.
