Images from the final moments of Usman Amriev, a Chechen national and Russian citizen whose body was found in a wooded area in Sarıyer with a black garbage bag over his head, have emerged. The footage shows Amriev entering the dormitory where he was staying in Bahçeköy and later leaving the dormitory in the evening, after which he disappeared. It is noteworthy that Amriev was holding a piece of paper in the footage, and it was determined that he arrived alone at the location where he was found dead.

On July 28, around 09:30 in Bahçeköy, a district of Sarıyer in Istanbul, a passerby noticed a person lying motionless in a wooded area. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams, which arrived shortly, took precautions by cordoning off the area. Health teams determined that the person lying motionless on the ground had passed away.

IDENTIFIED THROUGH DORM CARD

Police teams that initiated work related to the incident identified the dormitory where he stayed based on the door card found in the bag. The police, who conducted an investigation here, determined that the body belonged to Usman Amriev (20), a Russian citizen. It was also revealed that the note found in his hand was typed on a computer.

They will not write me in the books, but everyone will face their own punishment. I beg you, do not let them bury me as a follower." It was also found that the 153rd verse of Surah Al-Baqarah from the Quran was written in Arabic letters in the continuation of the note.

Police teams continuing their investigations related to the incident learned that Usman Amriev came to Turkey for education about 3 years ago. It was learned that Amriev, who studied for half a term at a state university in Kütahya, later moved to Istanbul. It was determined that Amriev started studying at a private university in Kağıthane.
