In a traffic accident that occurred in the Yüreğir district of Adana, the driver of a luxury car that crashed into a stationary truck lost his life, and two people were injured. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
In Adana, the driver of a luxury vehicle that crashed into a truck that had stopped on the road lost his life, while 2 people were injured.
The incident occurred in the Kışla neighborhood of the central Yüreğir district on Mithat Özhan Boulevard. The truck driven by Ahmet Uğurlu was involved in a material damage accident with the car driven by Aykut Can Kütük.
LUXURY CAR PIERCED THE TRUCK LIKE AN ARROW
At that moment, the luxury car driven by Emin Momyak (29) crashed into the truck from behind. Upon notification from bystanders, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the area. The fire department teams rescued the driver trapped in the vehicle and handed him over to the medical teams.
HEAVY TOLL
The medical teams confirmed that driver Emin Momyak had lost his life, while 2 injured individuals in the vehicle, whose names were not disclosed, were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
While the car was totaled in the accident, the police detained the drivers of the truck and the other car. An investigation into the accident has been initiated. Momyak's body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue.
