"ART LIFE BEGAN IN THIS HALL"

Nebil Özgentürk, who explained that he was the brother who spent the most time with his older brother due to their similar professions, said, "'We are going from one darkness to another,' my brother Yaşar Kemal used to say. My brother's artistic life began in this theater, and it seems to end here. He played games here with Nejat Uygur when he was 16-17 years old. Nejat Uygur loved and supported young people very much, and my brother loved him a lot. My brother also loved Adana to the utmost," he said.

His daughter Simay Özgentürk tearfully shared how much she loved her father and placed a red carnation on his coffin. After the ceremony, Ali Özgentürk's body was laid to rest at Akkapı Cemetery.
