Relatives of Ramazan Özkan, an auto mechanic in Bor district, reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center after not hearing from him for 2 days. Following this, police teams began checking addresses where Özkan might be found.

LIFLESS BODIES FOUND, BRUISES AND WOUND MARKS PRESENT

Upon arriving at an address in the Toplu Konut neighborhood, the teams had the door opened by a locksmith and found the bloodied bodies of Ramazan Özkan and his girlfriend H.Y. in the apartment. The lifeless bodies of Özkan and H.Y., who also showed signs of bruises and wounds, were taken to the morgue for autopsy after the crime scene investigation. The police launched a wide-ranging investigation to clarify the incident.
