With the new regulation published by the Central Bank in the Official Gazette, there will no longer be any additional fees for EFT and FAST transactions made after 4:00 PM or on weekends.

A new decision regarding money transfers has come from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).

The changes made in the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures Regarding Fees to be Charged to Financial Consumers," published in the Official Gazette, have officially come into effect.

With the new regulation, it has been decided to eliminate the additional fees applied to EFT and FAST transactions made outside of working hours or on weekends.

Thus, all money transfer transactions will be carried out at the normal rate, regardless of whether they are on weekdays or weekends.
