The applications for the "Project of the Century," which is announced as the largest social housing initiative in the history of the Republic with 500,000 housing units, continue through e-Government, and the lottery dates have also been announced. The draws, which will be held in the presence of a notary, will begin on December 29, 2025.
The applications for the 500,000 social housing project carried out by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) started on November 10. To prevent congestion in the system, a staggered application process was implemented based on the last digit of the Turkish ID number.
According to this;
- November 12: Those whose last digit is "4"
- November 13: Those whose last digit is "6"
- November 14: Those whose last digit is "8" can apply.
- As of November 15, applications will be open to all citizens.
DRAWINGS WILL START ON DECEMBER 29
The lottery schedule has also been announced for the project to be implemented in 81 provinces. The lottery draws, which will be held in the presence of a notary, will take place between December 29, 2025, and February 27, 2026. The lottery results will be announced simultaneously on TOKİ's official website and e-Government.
APPLICATION PROCESS WILL END ON DECEMBER 19
Applications for the project will be completed on December 19, 2025. TOKİ officials stated that the process will be conducted in a completely transparent manner and that the rights holders will be determined by the lottery.
DELIVERIES WILL START IN 2027
Housing deliveries to citizens who win the lottery will begin in March 2027. Deliveries will be carried out in stages according to the construction processes. TOKİ announced that the project aims to enable low-income citizens to become homeowners under favorable conditions.
