Ahmet Baha Öğütken was appointed as the President of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Sevilay Tuncer as the President of Environment and Urbanization, Ömer İleri as the President of Information and Communication Technologies, Mustafa Şen as the President of R&D and Education, and Hüseyin Yayman as the President of Culture and Art Policies.
