The place where illegal immigrants hide at the cost of their lives is "mind-blowing."

Two Syrian nationals, who had hidden themselves under the back seat of a car, were caught by police teams as they risked their lives to escape from Edirne to abroad. Although the migrants attempted various interesting escape plans to flee illegally, they ended up getting caught. The escape plan of the migrants, which was astonishing, was thwarted thanks to the vigilance of the police teams.

The Edirne Provincial Police Department's Human Smuggling and Border Gates and Smuggling and Organized Crime Fighting Branch teams conducted operations against irregular migrants and human traffickers. As part of a coordinated operation in the city center, a car was stopped and searched. During the search, it was determined that there were two Syrian male nationals hidden in a stash under the back seat of the vehicle. It was found that a hose system was installed under the seat where the migrants were hiding to allow them to breathe. After their processing, the illegal migrants were handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management. Two individuals named R.A and C.O, who were caught and detained in connection with the incident, were arrested by the judicial authorities to which they were brought.
