A social media post made shortly before the accident by 23-year-old Burak İpek, who died after crashing into an electricity pole in the Serik district of Antalya, has emerged. İpek shared an image of his car, which he later crashed, with the caption: "I'm like a car that's been in an accident; people look and sigh, but no one says, 'Come on, let's fix it up.'" In the crash, the car's engine was torn from its mount, and İpek died at the hospital where he was taken.
In a traffic accident in the Serik district of Antalya, 23-year-old Burak İpek lost his life. Following the accident, the young driver's last post on his social media account drew attention.
The accident occurred late at night at the D-400 Highway, Merkez Mahallesi Antalya Caddesi area. The Volkswagen Polo with license plate 07 BBE 351, driven by Burak İpek, went out of control after the driver lost steering control and crashed into a lighting pole on the roadside.
The car was wrecked by the impact, with its engine dislodged and thrown about 30 meters ahead into a shack where workers were staying. Burak İpek was taken to the hospital by health teams dispatched to the scene but could not be saved despite all medical interventions.

Mehmet Çelik, the owner of the business where the shack was located, stated that the accident could have turned into a much larger disaster, saying, "May God give patience to his mother and father. A young life is lost, we are very sad. Normally, I come and sleep in this container some nights. By chance, I wasn't here at the time of the accident. If I had been inside, that engine would have come onto me, and I would have lost my life too."

Following the accident, Burak İpek's last post on his social media account emerged. It was seen that the young man had shared images of the car in which he lost his life, accompanied by a melancholic song.
It was learned that in his post, he wrote, "I'm like a car that had an accident; people look and sigh, but no one says, 'Come on, let's fix this up.'"
