EMOTIONAL WORDS FROM PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who attended Kılıç's funeral, described him as 'a man of ideas' and emphasized his dedication to work during his illness.
President Erdoğan stated: "Our dear friend and comrade in the cause, Hamdi, who is currently in the grave, was truly tested with a serious illness for a long time. May Allah turn his sins into good deeds and grant him the honor of His paradise and countenance. Our brother Hamdi was a strong pen. He was a strong mind, a man of ideas. And as a colleague beside us, he never neglected his work. He never put his work aside, and throughout this period, even during his illness, I have not witnessed him neglecting his work."
Until the last moment, especially when I learned about the memory in his will, I truly prayed to my Lord: O my Lord, may You honor us with Your paradise, Your countenance, under the banner named 'Liva ül hamd' of Your beloved Prophet. And may Allah be pleased with all my brothers who are participating in this funeral prayer. May my Lord gather us together in resurrection and let us read a Fatiha for his blessed soul together here again.
