The caves dug in the rocky area known as the forest road in the Şeyhcui neighborhood have expanded every year. They have become spacious enough to accommodate multiple people comfortably. Those passing through the area investigated the situation. It was understood that the caves were dug to obtain the clay soil used in making grape molasses.

Sevgi Taşağıl, one of the neighborhood residents, stated that they sometimes saw people taking soil from there, saying, "At first, I thought it was a landslide. Then we learned that it was dug for molasses." Esra Başkol also mentioned that the dug area has expanded even more in the last 3 years.

Ercan Eftelioğlu explained that this type of soil is used in making grape molasses, saying, "They have dug here like Ferhat. But they dug for molasses soil. If this soil is not used, the consistency of the molasses does not hold as desired. It is used in grape molasses. This is how the love for molasses goes," he said.
Cem Yeni, who pointed out that this situation poses a danger when passing by, stated, "The roots of the trees are exposed. If they dig a little more, the trees could fall on the electric wires at the edge of the road. I think the authorities need to take precautions," he said.
