The footage shows soldiers, who are claimed to have refused to fight or left their posts, being stripped and tied to trees in freezing cold.
HUNG SIGNS AROUND THEIR NECKS
According to a report by the Daily Mail, signs with words like "fool," "alcoholic," and "coward" were hung around the necks of the half-naked soldiers. It was noted that one soldier had a sign around his neck that read, "I complained about the commander."
THREW INSULTS AND ASSAULTED
The video captures the commander hurling insults, claiming that the soldiers he tied to the tree endangered the lives of other units, and it is heard that he assaulted some soldiers. There are also moments recorded where soldiers apologize and say they will not make the same mistake again, as well as instances where some soldiers are forced to eat snow.
