THE SALARY INCREASE RATE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND RETIRED CIVIL SERVANTS HAS BEEN FINALIZED

A circular regarding the salary regulation affecting millions of civil servants and retired civil servants has been published. With the circular, the salary increase rate for civil servants and retired civil servants for the first half of 2026 has been confirmed as 18.60%. The published regulation also covers private sector employees, those who will serve in the military for a fee, and contracted personnel, in addition to civil servant and retired salaries.

COEFFICIENTS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED

With the increase, it is expected that the lowest retired civil servant salary will rise to 26,887 TL, and the lowest civil servant salary will rise to 59,896 TL.
