The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) announced that starting from the 2025-2026 season, fans will be able to enter Trendyol Super League and 1st League matches using chip-enabled Turkish ID cards.
In a statement made on TFF's official website regarding the matter, the following expressions were included: "A new era is being initiated in the ticketing and match entry processes that have been ongoing since April 2014 in the Super League and 1st League.
The Turkish Football Federation has made an important regulation to facilitate the access of the true owners of football, the fans, to the stadiums as a result of discussions with relevant institutions and organizations. With the TFF's development of electronic ticketing equipment used in stadiums according to current technology, starting from the 2025-2026 season, fans will be able to enter stadiums after loading electronic tickets onto their chip-enabled Turkish ID cards. Additionally, our clubs will have the right to determine the sales and stadium entry principles with the ticket sales companies they have already reached agreements with.
