As the Turkish Football Federation, our request for an additional transfer period submitted to FIFA on November 10, 2025, has not been accepted due to international transfer rules as per the response letter sent by FIFA on November 15, 2025. Accordingly, the leagues will be played as planned and previously announced.
Additionally, the transfer period for amateur players continues until November 27, 2025. In this context, according to the current status, TFF 3rd League Clubs have the right to register players born on or after January 1, 2005, until this date and include them in the match roster.
In the TFF 2nd League Status, it has been arranged that amateur players born on January 1, 2005, and registered with their club for at least 6 months can be included in the match roster without being registered in the A Team List.
As in the TFF 3rd League, it has been allowed for amateur players born on or after January 1, 2005, who have been transferred, to be played in the TFF 2nd League without waiting for 6 months.
A status change has been made to solve the squad problems of the clubs.
