STATEMENT FROM THE TFF APPEALS COMMITTEE
The statement made by the Appeals Committee regarding the matter is as follows;
"The appeal of Fenerbahçe Football Inc.'s Coaches Salvatore Foti and Sandro Zufic regarding the decision of the PFDK dated 05.04.2025 and numbered E.2024-2025/992 – K.2024-2025/1227 was examined. As a result of the discussions;
- It was understood that there was no error in terms of evidence, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty in the decision to punish Fenerbahçe Football Inc.'s Coach Salvatore Foti with a ban from the locker room and bench for 4 official matches and a fine of 117,000.00 TL due to his insult towards an opposing team player, thus the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- It was understood that there was no error in terms of evidence, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty in the decision to punish Fenerbahçe Football Inc.'s Coach Sandro Zufic with a ban from the locker room and bench for 4 official matches and a fine of 78,000.00 TL due to his physical intervention against the match referee, thus the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, by majority,
