According to the new decision, individuals holding travel documents issued by the governments of Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, Syria, and Palestine will no longer be able to enter the U.S.
DECISION TAKEN FOR SECURITY REASONS
This decision was made as part of the Trump administration's policy to tighten travel controls for security reasons. Previously, 12 countries were under a complete ban, and some countries were included in the list with partial restrictions. With the new additions, the number of affected countries has exceeded 19.
