23-year-old British fashion designer Lucy Harrison, who was on holiday in the USA, became a target of gunfire following a dispute with her father over "Donald Trump." The details that emerged from the investigation into the young woman's death have resonated widely in the global press.

Lucy Harrison, who traveled from Warrington, England, to Texas to visit her family, was shot and killed by her father Kris Harrison while preparing to return. In the case heard at the Cheshire Coroner's Court, shocking dialogues behind the murder were shared.

"HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF I WERE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED?"

Sam Littler, the victim's boyfriend who testified in the investigation, explained that the incident occurred on the morning of January 10, just hours before they were to return to England. According to testimonies, a major argument broke out between Lucy and her father regarding Donald Trump, who was about to take office.

During the argument, Lucy allegedly asked her father, referring to the allegations against Trump, "How would you feel if I were in that situation and were sexually assaulted?" to which her father reportedly responded coolly, referring to his other two daughters, "That wouldn't upset me too much."

SHOT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT

After the argument, Lucy angrily went upstairs. About 30 minutes before they were to leave for the airport, father Kris Harrison took his daughter by the hand and led her to the bedroom. Just 15 seconds later, a loud explosion was heard in the house.

Sam Littler, who found Lucy in the bathroom covered in blood, stated that her father was standing by her head at the time, shouting nonsensical things.

DEFENSE SIDE: "THIS IS NOT A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION"

The investigation also noted that father Harrison had previously undergone rehabilitation for alcohol addiction, while the jury decided not to blame anyone in connection with the incident.

Mother Jane Coates' lawyer clearly summarized the situation: "The only person in the room at the time of the incident was Kris Harrison, and he pulled the trigger."

"SHE WAS A VIBRANT PERSON"

Speaking about her daughter, mother Jane Coates stated that Lucy, who worked for the famous fashion brand Boohoo, was a very passionate and sensitive person, adding, "She was not afraid to discuss the issues she cared about."

The investigation into the incident is expected to conclude within the week.
