The U.S.-based magazine The National Interest has scrutinized Turkey's AKINCI Attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), which has been developed with domestic and national capabilities. The article emphasized that the AKINCI is not just a drone, but a futuristic technological marvel that reshapes modern warfare doctrines.
The National Interest magazine highlighted that the AKINCI UAV is a pioneering system that alleviates the burden of traditional manned combat aircraft and shapes the future battlefield with its autonomous decision-making capability. It was noted that Turkey's advancements in the defense industry in recent years have become a factor that particularly affects regional power balances.
The report stated that thanks to AKINCI's dual artificial intelligence-supported avionics systems, it possesses real-time data processing capabilities, allowing it to stand out from its competitors in both offensive and defensive fields. Experts speaking to the magazine indicated that this technology could revolutionize battlefields.
